It requires a complete renovation: everything needs to be rethought and transformed according to your desires to create a unique and personalized living space.

Currently, it consists of a bedroom, a kitchen/dining room fitted in the large wheelhouse, a living room, a bathroom, and a large terrace.

A true blank canvas for a tailor-made project, for those wishing to invent an original way of living on the water.

Some photographs have been retouched for presentation purposes, to better illustrate the volumes and spaces and help future buyers better appreciate the potential of the project.
